What are the best Italian restaurants in Gramercy?

The journal answersStart on East 18th Street and work north. Paul & Jimmy’s (123 E 18th St) has served Southern Italian and Italian-American cooking there since 1950, straight through from noon. Rezdôra (27 E 20th St) is the pasta destination — Emilia-Romagna cooking, dinner to 11pm, book ahead. Isabelle’s Osteria (245 Park Ave S, affiliated with this site) has a 150-seat room with a long bar for walk-ins.
